Program Structure

RESPOND is designed to equip entrepreneurs with a holistic set of skills that go beyond business and technology development. As part of the six-month program, four key elements will define your journey:

Program Timeline

During the program, participants will attend four virtual sprints. Typically, each sprint requires a time commitment of 12–15 hours max. across Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons/mornings (depending on time zones).

Besides online sessions, we will invite founders to join us for two in-person touchpoints across Europe: The Leadership Offsite and the RESPOND Demo Night to conclude the program.

RESPOND Cohort #6 kicks off in May with a half-day online onboarding event.

The RESPOND Demo Night connects our founders to a carefully selected group of visionary leaders, industry experts, and trailblazing innovators from different sectors to forge meaningful connections on their path to scale.

Embedded in one of BMW Foundation’s flagship events, we gather to identify and work on innovative approaches and solutions to the challenges of the net-zero transition and industrial competitiveness.
